Cassidy has been a dedicated member of the MSVH team since 2022. With a lifelong passion for animals ignited in 1999, she brings a deep love and understanding to her role. As our Lead Customer Care Specialist, Cassidy brings leadership, empathy, and a deep commitment to excellent service. Since stepping into this role, Cassidy has become a go-to resource for both customers and team members, offering guidance, support, and a steady hand in even the busiest moments., Cassidy’s compassionate nature shines through. When she’s not immersed in her work, she enjoys the simple pleasures of life: cuddling with her dog Bucky, exploring the outdoors through birding and hiking, and spending quality time with family. Cassidy's favorite part of her job is building lasting bonds with clients and the constant opportunity to learn and grow in her field.
