At Main St. Veterinary Hospital, our RVTs are the backbone of our team. From assisting in surgery to comforting nervous pups, your days will be packed with purpose, paws, and the occasional puddle (you know the kind).

🐶 What You’ll Be Doing (a.k.a. Your Daily Adventures):

  • Monitor anesthesia and assist during surgeries like the calm, cool professional you are

  • Take x-rays, collect samples, and run diagnostics like a lab legend

  • Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments with the precision of a ninja

  • Educate pet parents with compassion, clarity, and maybe even a diagram or two

  • Keep detailed medical records, because accuracy matters (and you’re amazing at it)

  • Snuggle patients post-op and be the emotional support human they never knew they needed

  • Support your team through busy shifts, surprise emergencies, and an endless supply of fur

🐾 What We’re Looking For:

  • You’re a licensed/registered veterinary technician (RVT/LVT/CVT—depending on your state)

  • You’re confident, capable, and not easily grossed out (blood, poop, drool—you’ve seen it all)

  • You’ve got strong technical skills, a love of learning, and a deep respect for teamwork

  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can stay cool under pressure (or when a cat goes full ninja)

  • You're a pro at communicating with clients and teammates alike—kindness is your default
